Returns & Refunds Policy

At MME Build, we know getting your pool back in tip-top shape is a priority. If a piece of equipment doesn't fit your setup, we’re here to help you find the right solution.

1. Return Eligibility

• 30-Day Window: Returns must be initiated within [30] days of the delivery date.

• Original Condition: Items must be in their original, unopened packaging with all manuals, parts, and warranty registration cards included.

• The "Dry" Requirement: For hygiene and resale reasons, equipment (pumps, filters, heaters, salt cells, or cleaners) that has been plumbed in, wired, or submerged in water cannot be returned. Once it's wet, it’s yours.

2. Non-Returnable Items

To keep our inventory high-quality and safe, we cannot accept returns on:

• Electrical Components: Circuit boards, sensors, and ignition modules if the factory seal/anti-static bag is broken.

• Custom Orders: Custom-cut pool liners, safety covers, or solar blankets.

• Clearance/Final Sale: Any items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.

3. Fees & Shipping

• Restocking Fee: A [15%] restocking fee applies to all large equipment returns (pumps, filters, etc.) to cover the cost of technical inspection and repackaging.

• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Because pool equipment is often heavy, we recommend using a carrier with tracking and insurance.

• Freight Damage: Important! If your item arrives via freight (on a pallet), please inspect it before signing. If the box is crushed or leaking oil, refuse the delivery and contact us immediately at mena@mmebuild.com.au.

4. Defective Items & Warranties

If your equipment fails after it has been installed:

• Manufacturer Warranty: Most pool equipment is covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. We are happy to provide the necessary documentation to help you file a claim.

• Pro-Installation: Please note that many manufacturers (like Hayward, Pentair, or Jandy) may void or shorten the warranty if the item is not installed by a licensed pool professional.

5. How to Start a Return

1. Request an RMA: Email mena@mmebuild.com.au with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

2. Pack It Up: Place the item in its original box, then place that box inside a shipping carton to prevent damage to the retail packaging.

3. Ship: Clearly write your RMA number on the outer shipping label.

Fast & Reliable Shipping

We ship from multiple distribution hubs across the country to get your gear to you as quickly as possible.

• Processing: Most orders ship within 1–2 business days.

• Delivery: Standard items arrive in 3–7 days. Large equipment (heaters/pumps) may take 7–14 days via freight.

• Multiple Boxes: If you ordered multiple items, they may arrive in separate boxes on different days depending on which hub is closest to you.

• Freight Deliveries: For large items, the carrier will call you to schedule a delivery. You must inspect the box for damage before signing. If it’s damaged, refuse the delivery and call us immediately.

• Heavy Items: Assistance may be required upon arrival for delivery
